Peter B. Maguddayao

Peter is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice before all Washington courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

Education

Peter received his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts in American Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington. 

In law school, Peter received numerous awards, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Legal Writing and Research I & II.  He also served as the secretary for the Asian Pacific Islander Law Caucus, promoting cultural and ethnic awareness.

Personal Background

Peter was born in Seattle, Washington. He attended Seattle Preparatory School in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. He then attended the University of Washington, where he met his wife, Mary Ann. After obtaining his law degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, he moved back to Seattle to get married. He and his wife have one son, Lincoln, and enjoy spending time with him. In his spare time, Peter enjoying watching sports, especially college football.
